Our Mission
To guide youth in developing skills in all areas of recreation to find their passion.
In partnership with Regina's Autism Centre we are offering a new recreational program for youth. Through a variety of activities we support youth in finding there recreation passion or 'flow.' Our goal is to create an open environment to establish a love for leisure that will develop into participation in sport or recreational activities in the community.

Animal Therapy
With the support of St. John's Ambulance Pet Therapy Volunteers, registered therapy dogs and their owners will be present to play! Or, if you prefer to cuddle up with a pup and a book, that's okay too!

Outdoor Recreation
Outdoor Recreation is providing kids with the opportunity to learn different skill. By interacting with the outdoors, this includes but not limited to scavenger hunts, hike and rock climbing.

Music
"Where words fail, music speaks" -Hans Anderson. Music is a perfect fit for kids with special needs because it engages and appeals to their sensory strengths and needs. It also helps connect with kids who are non-verbal.

Sport Development
Learning basic sports skills in both individual and team sports. Good sportsmanship and skill development are taught for athletes to continue playing even after the program is done!

Improv
Improv is not about being funny. It is about accepting what comes your way. It provides opportunities to improve verbal and non-verbal communication, build relationships, and increase self-esteem.

Party Planning
Invitations, decorations, refreshments, oh my!
Everything from DIY invitations and decorations, to menu and music! Team building skills and organization are the underlying lessons of this party.
